Fitness boxing does not require previous boxing experience, as the basics of the sport will become familiar during the training.

Do you want to start boxing without pressure, comparison, or intense performance? Sisters Boxing School is a beginner group exclusively for women, where you learn the basics of boxing in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere. No prior experience is needed – just show up. In the training sessions, you will develop fitness, coordination, and self-confidence while learning proper boxing technique. Each workout is designed to give you a good feeling and a sense of accomplishment.
