Fitness Boxing Classes

Our club offers fitness boxing, where we utilize the basic elements of the sport such as punches, footwork, dodges, and combinations of these to create versatile and fitness-improving training. Fitness boxing does not require previous boxing experience, as the basics of the sport will become familiar during the training.

The workouts include various equipment (bag, focus mitts), pair exercises, muscle conditioning exercises, and other things that are also present in competitive boxer's training.

Head contact is not part of fitness boxing!

Fitness boxing is always guided by a professional coach familiar with the sport. If you are interested in challenging yourself and improving your fitness, contact us. See you at the gym!

You only need sportswear and a water bottle.
